Research Interests
Fabrication and microstructural characterization of refractory metal and ceramic coatings via plasma arc spraying techniques. Modification of ceramic microstructures for obtaining tailored properties. Development of structure-property relationships in plasma sprayed coatings. Synthesis and densification of novel rare earth oxide precursor powders.
